Overview
My role in the project was to collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams to create a product roadmap for our web-based CCAAS software application. After the product roadmap was complete, I created wireframes and prototypes to demonstrate some of the product's design and functionality. We meticulously considered every detail, from the color palette and font selection to CRM integrations. Please check out some of my examples below.

AI Call Analysis Prototype
AI Call Analysis
ResTech needed to integrate an AI Call Analysis feature into the user interface. This feature would process all call records sent to ResTech via API using an AI prompt. The results of this analysis would provide users with a comprehensive breakdown of the strengths and weaknesses in agent performance. Ultimately, it aimed to deliver reports and recommendations for agents to improve how they handle inbound calls.

By integrating with our customers' CRMs, we were able to incorporate all customer and order management features directly into the ResTech app. This allows phone agents to stay within the ResTech interface without having to navigate away from essential tools such as agent scripts, order forms, order management, and customer notes.
Agent Toolbar
The Agent Toolbar was a top priority for us. We aimed to create a sleek and efficient solution that would provide users with all the necessary tools they need during customer interactions. By making the toolbar collapsible, we were able to free up more space on the page for other components, ensuring that agents never have to leave the Agent Desktop to complete customer transactions.

We had an exciting opportunity to develop a dynamic campaign script builder designed with multiple sections for customer input, ensuring seamless interaction and effective agent responses. By utilizing checkboxes in the right sidebar, these scripts can easily connect to the master campaign and other campaigns, simplifying the user experience.
